With the 2005 acquisition of the mechanical anchor division of US Anchor, Porteous has acquired a high-quality brand-name anchor business that includes the Ultrawedge anchoring system that meets the quality approval standards of the construction industry. The Ultrawedge line is a superior performer in demanding concrete applications as well as price.

In addition to the wedge anchors, we offer sleeve, drop-in, concrete, plastic and nylon anchors under brand names such as TapKing and Mungo. These are stocked throughout the United States in both package and bulk configurations.

US Anchor products have been tested and carry approvals from ICC, Dade County, COLA, and UL as appropriate.
